Discover the versatility of herbs on your holiday
To be a real "herb witch" you need a good herb garden. More than 100 different herbs grow in ours, kitchen herbs, tea herbs, healing herbs, herbs for cosmetic application or wild herbs, usually weeded out by standard gardeners.
The tea herbs for breakfast tea, seasoning herbs for our food and drinks, the healing herbs to help maintain our health- we can pick them in our herb garden, on our untouched meadows, at the sides of paths and in the woods.
Every single herb has its own history which makes it special. On the plates you can find the names and a description of each plant.
TIP: I would be
delighted to guide you through my garden
and can tell you something about the characteristics
of the herbs. It might take a while though as for me, there is nothing more
fascinating than the world of our plants.
