Health is not called "the most valuable possession" for nothing, because without our health everything else is worthless. So we want to offer our guest the opportunity of doing something about it also on their holiday.
A large part of staying healthy is our diet and so in the morning, we strive to provide you with a diverse and balanced breakfast buffet to begin with. There is a muesli corner, spreads made with fresh herbs from the garden and many kinds of tea which we have gathered and mixed ourselves. You can already smell the freshly baked bread from far off. The sporting activities are boundless - hiking, cycling, a go on the ropes course, Nordic walking, skiing, cross-country skiing and much more.
You can really relax with us too. Whether in a hammock, on a recliner or in the fragrant herb garden, you can always find a quiet spot to simply let go.
TIP: You can really
relax after an active day in the mountains of Salzburg in our in-house sauna.
The wholesome mountain water springs from our own source and is not only good for you on the inside. Try out our Kneipp facilities, the cold water will revitalize tired legs. After that an arm or leg infusion to improve circulation and make you feel reborn.
Our barefoot course takes you over pine cones, thyme cushions, sand and stone - the ideal foot reflex zone massage! Try out some of our specials and you'll see how much fun it is to get healthy.
«Man begs the gods for good health and does not know that it lies within his own power.»
